When you add a table, this panel will appear. Among other things, you can specify the number of columns and rows, the distance between cells and the size of your table here.

Step 4: Editing your table

Right click one of the table's columns to edit the table.

Step 5: Customize your table style

You can change the color of the table strokes and background in the Change Appearance settings.

Table style settings are found under the Tables tab.
